Charles H. Spurgeon was known as the Prince of Preachers and aged 22 he was preaching to audiences of over 10,000 people. His sermons emphasised the demands of Christ upon believers' lives. They are easy to read and understand, with practical examples and witty comments. This volume contains 52 sermons, all of them preached in 1855 at the beginning of his career.
