Today, many at church on Good Friday and Easter Sunday may be nominal churchgoers, visiting relatives or friends pressed into service. A piece of drama may be just what is required to give a better understanding of the events of Lent and Holy Week by adding point to the reading, talk or sermon.
Footsteps to Glory contains twelve sketches: five for the Sundays in Lent and seven short dramas for Palm Sunday to Easter Day. They work well in support of a single talk or sermon, as part of a Lent series over several weeks or perhaps in a block of six or seven as a Good Friday presentation. However you use them, at each performance they will hopefully lead someone to follow in Jesus of Nazareth ’s footsteps to glory.
